Program description
By providing consent to receive text messages from EKR, you agree to receive individual conversational SMS or MMS messages related to your property inquiry, requested service, appointment, transaction, property-management matter, or vendor coordination. EKR is the public-facing brand of Kirschenmann Real Estate Corporation.
Consent
Consent may be provided by initiating a text conversation with EKR or by expressly agreeing to receive messages during an in-person or telephone conversation. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your inquiry and ongoing conversation. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any EKR message. You may receive one final confirmation message, after which no additional messages will be sent unless you provide consent again.

Privacy
Personal and mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may depend on your carrier and device.
